From choosing a plan to sending your first client quote.
Choose your plan
Every plan is for one account and includes everything Roomly does. Plans differ only in how many new properties you take on each month.
- Basic, Pro or Plus: 15, 30 or 70 property credits a month
- Buy extra credits whenever you need them
- Move to a bigger plan later if you grow
Create your account
Enter your practice name, your email address and a password. We send you a confirmation email straight away: open the link inside to verify your address.

Pay securely
You pay through Stripe’s secure checkout, so your card details never reach Roomly. Your account opens the moment your payment goes through.

- VAT is added where it applies
- Monthly, no long contract: cancel any time from your settings
Send us your suppliers
From your account page, list the websites of the suppliers you buy from. If a supplier’s trade prices sit behind a log-in, add your trade log-in for that site too.
- Log-ins are stored encrypted and used only to build your library
- Forgot one? Send new suppliers whenever you like
We build your supplier library
Our team loads your suppliers’ products into a library that belongs to your account alone. This usually takes 24 to 48 hours, and we email you as soon as it is ready.

Start your first property
Name the property and add the rooms you want to furnish. For each room, add photos, describe the look you are going for, and include measurements, a budget and any furniture you have already chosen.

Choosing a plan
Which plan is right for you?
Each new property uses one credit the first time Roomly chooses its furniture. Searching it again, or finding alternatives, never uses another. Plan credits refresh every billing month, and extra credits you buy never expire.

Cancel any time

Start working with someone new? Send us their website and we add their products to your library.
Your work stays private
Your photos and properties are stored in the UK and only your account can see them. Your work is never used to train AI.
