Every piece you chose for the property comes through room by room, with its image, size, finish and the price on the supplier’s website.

Add your company details and VAT number, then your client’s name, email, billing address and the property address.

Your costs stay private
Supplier prices, your mark-up and your private notes never appear on the client’s quote. They see only your prices.
Prices checked before you send
Roomly asks you to check each supplier price, or confirm your own, before a quote can be finalised, so a changed price never reaches your client unchecked.
VAT handled for you
Include VAT and it is added to your prices and shown clearly. Leave it out and supplier prices include the VAT you pay, with none added for your client.
Every version kept
A finalised quote is locked. Revisions start as a new draft, so you always know exactly what your client was sent.

Already quote and invoice through Xero? We are working on a way to send the quote Roomly creates straight into your Xero account, with every line, price and your client’s details already filled in. Send it to your client, track it and turn it into an invoice in Xero as you do now, without typing anything twice.
